1) Our theme package does not include the images along with it so the images are grainy. If you need the pictures that we are used in the theme, then you need to purchase those image licenses separately. If interested we can send those image purchase links.

2) Kindly share with us your site credentials (WordPress admin login (Domain Name, Admin username, and Admin password) & FTP access login details ( FTP Host, FTP Username, FTP Password)). So that we can check and fix the issue (images that are not displayed inside the Library).

Kindly note, the footer section works only in single pages like shortcode, blog page and so on.

You need the select another header except the bottom header to show the footer and copyright section in single pages.

We have updated the theme to the latest version 2.4 (For new users, the newly built visual composer demo contents version painting.zip) and version 1.8.1 (For old themes users who wish to continue with the page builder version please use painting-old.zip) dated 2019.11.20.

Note: You can not update the older version of the theme (below version1.8.1) into a new version of the theme2.4.

Because the older version developed with page builder, so please do not upload the new version spalab theme or plugin files to your existing spalab old version( old page builder demo contents), since the site will crash.

If you need to continue with your old version, we have provided the old version spalab-old.zip(1.8.1) separately please use those files.

Note: You can download the latest version of the theme files from the theme forest theme download section with the theme forest login account/theme purchase account.

Before update the theme you need to take a backup of your theme core file and theme settings. After an update on the theme, you can replace your files and settings with your customization.

In our Paint theme, we named the core features plugin as “Buddhathemes-core-features plugin” not the “Designthemes Core Features Plugin”.

Before updating the theme deactivate the “Buddhathemes-core-features plugin” and upload your theme latest files in your server. After uploaded the theme file then, go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate the “Buddhathemes-core-features plugin”.
