Hello!  I am having a few problems with the header on this theme.

• When I view on mobile, it shows the large navigation menu instead of switching to the mobile menu.  I would like the larger desktop menu to go away and be replaced by the mobile menu.  I checked “enable mobile trigger” in the settings, but it doesn’t work.
• There are two small mobile “hamburger” type menus that show up on mobile, but neither of them does anything.
• The header isn’t full width, even though I have it set to full width.
• When I view on mobile, there is a large black space at the top where the header goes, instead of having the header overlay over the parallax image on the homepage.
