Theme doesn’t seem to work.

I’ve installed the theme, but I’m unable to edit any pages or anything, nothing seems to work.

Getting 404 not found for:

wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer.min.css?ver=6.4.2

This theme seems to be broken, please can I have a refund.
