Theme Installation via FTP

If you are going to install the theme using FTP, you will need an FTP Client, such as FileZilla.

When you download the theme from themeforest Marketplace, you will get an archive file in .zip extension.
When done, you should see Hydro-onepage-wordpress-theme-theme-files.zip.

Please, follow the steps below to install the theme via FTP:

Step 1 – Log into your hosting space (server) via FTP client.

Step 2 – In extracted archive folder, you should see HydroWP folder

Step 3 – Upload the HydroWP folder to your server in path …/wp-content/themes/.

Step 4 – The uploaded path should look like this: …/wp-content/themes/HydroWP/

Step 5 – Now, login to your WordPress Dashboard and go to Appearance > Themes and activate Hydro Theme.

Step 6 – Most of the included plugins are integrated into the theme, but for some you will be prompted to install and activate.
